Following an illustrious career, in teaching Art/Textiles in schools and colleges in the UK and overseas, I am now semi-retired and have continued teaching from my own studio. The one day a month workshops run throughout the year and are designed for embroiderers and textile artists. My studio is set up for dyeing and printing, using various methods and techniques. Completed pieces of work are exhibited in June. I also take workshops for Embroiderers’ Guilds and other groups of artists.
Personally, I exhibit with the NEG, East Surrey Embroiderers’ Guild and at the biennial Ramster Embroidery Exhibition. My work has been published in books and magazines, and I accept other commissions.
